 Preparing and serving tasty and nutritional meals outside the confines of your home kitchen takes a little creativity and ingenuity. Since 1985 GSI Outdoors has been supplying unique cook wear products to the world's explorers for use in extreme expeditions where life, or at least appetite, depends on it. Dutch ovens, pots, pans, griddles, utensils and containers to pack and transport all your cooking gear have been the basics. A cleverly designed and functionally efficient addition to GSI's bag of tricks is the Camp Gourmet™ Kitchen, a convenient food prep and cooking center. The double sink has a pressurized fresh water faucet and waste-water collection system designed to be powered by a universal foot pump and two collapsible fold-a-carriers, neither of which is included, but readily found at outdoor shops. Other features include adjustable legs for ease in leveling and two detachable cutting boards that double as a windscreen. Cutting boards lock onto the sinks to stow drain hoses and accessories. One wire rack surface for cooking/prep attaches in any of six different positions, a second serves as a shelf for storage under the sink and yet a third is a hanging/drying rack. All components total just over 26 pounds and break down for compact packing. We recommend the Camp Gourmet Kitchen for camping, picnicking and tailgating.
